My friend is there. Every time I’ve visited her, the staff is so nice. My friend seems happy. The food looks really good. It’s easy to park and check in.

I am at Carriage Hill Bethesda right now, and I decided I must do this review now instead of waiting. The staff has been doing an excellent job taking care of me. I have no complaints as I have been here for a month. Whenever I needed something, like an extra blanket or a late afternoon snack, pain meds, etc. it was always provided. The place is very clean with cleaning taking place every day. All of the staff work together and provide excellent care for us patients. The staff is always willing to provide comfort and will address any and all concerns immediately.

Carriage Hill is the rehab place you need to come to if you want to heal and keep your dignity. I can’t say enough about therapy. The therapists are great. I’ve seen a difference within two days in my movement. If you are looking for a great place to heal, please come to Carriage Hill. Also the doctors are the best!

Carriage Hill is one of the best facilities that I’ve ever been to! The cleanliness is top notch. On my visit acouple weeks ago to see a family friend, my experience was speechless. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. I will recommend the facility to anybody who is looking for a place for their loved one.

My family member stayed at this caring nursing home, and I’m absolutely pleased with the quality of care received. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, compassionate and professional. The physical therapy team does a remarkably excellent job helping residents stay active and regain strength. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing the best possible care. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of their service.

Carriage Hill is a wonderful facility! A special mention to Tara Lawal in the social work department, she always goes the extra mile to give patient, friendly assistance.

I was given a daunting task of finding a good and reputable nursing home for my grandmother who recently fell and sprained her wrist and broke her hip. She needed nursing care and therapy services. When I toured the facility, I received a warm welcome from the Front Desk and the coordinator was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. She took me around the facility. I was impressed it didn’t smell like a nursing home. The therapy room was very lively and bustling with action. The exercise room had big windows and was spacious. I am so glad I picked this place. We came in on a Friday and was concerned she was not going to receive any therapy over the weekend- but I was glad that a therapist came in the following day and got her moving. That is really a plus! I was allowed to attend one of Nana’s therapy session in the exercise room and the therapists were wonderful, very professional and I can feel that they really care about their patients. I am so happy that they not only cater to the patient’s needs but also to the family who takes care of their loved ones.

One of the best rehabilitation centers that I’ve been in for physical and occupational therapy! The nursing staff is polite and thorough in medication delivery. Ample parking and convenient to Silver Spring, Bethesda and Kensington.

The nurses answered all our questions. I was very happy with them.

Clean … Very Clean…
More importantly the staff members were very nice, kind and patient with our family member. Gentle kindness and good patient care are more important than words can say. What I witnessed today was BEAUTIFUL!

Carriage Hill Bethesda is absolutely wonderful! The staff is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door. They go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a pleasant experience. The building is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes the atmosphere feel inviting and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

From the moment I came for a tour and long before I ever had to bring my mother I fell in love with Carriage Hill Bethesda. The beauty of the place, the warm atmosphere, and the kindness of the people instantly stood out to me. I just knew it would be the kind of place my mother would feel comfortable and cared for.

When the time came and I brought her there, she fell in love with it too. The staff have been absolutely wonderful to her. They’ve provided excellent care, and anytime we’ve had a concern or issue, they addressed it quickly and with compassion, always making sure she felt at home.

Even when I visit, they never hesitate to answer my questions or ease any concerns I have. I’m incredibly thankful to Carriage Hill Bethesda for giving me peace of mind and for treating my mother with the love and respect she deserves.

The staff at Carriage Hill Bethesda has been wonderful and influential in getting my grandma in a better place than she came in. Therapy has been phenomenal and her needs have been met to the fullest and we feel safe enough for her to go home in her own. I want to say thank you to everyone and I appreciate all you do for those in need.

This is a beautiful well kept facility. The staff are warm and welcoming. The nursing and rehab department are very caring and compassionate.

Home away from home – thanks for serving those who served us.

The facility was very clean, seemed very well organized, friendly atmosphere and very nice welcoming, and from my experience with other rehabilitation facilities, this smelled very fresh and pleasant, I could tell that they treated the residents well, and that they were very well cared for, and the nurses were kind , caring and patient with the residents, and they seem to treat the patients with respect.

Very professional and kind staff members. Facility was clean and zero odors. My aunt was well taken care of and would recommend to anyone who needs it.

This facility was very instrumental in getting my aunt rehabilitated and well enough to return home independently and safely. I thank the nursing staff as well as the therapy department for the kind hearts and all the work they did. We appreciate all you do and will return should the need ever arise.

This facility is one of the best in Montgomery County and I am happy to have my loved one here. The staff is very affectionate and kind and this is a great quality for caregivers to have. I will come back to Carriage Hill Bethesda if need be.

Carriage Hill Bethesda is a great facility to be sent to. My husband was sent to the facility after a week spent at Suburban Hospital. He was in extreme pain in his left leg, and he could not walk at all when we arrived at the facility. The physical and occupational therapy staff he had was so good and he made so much progress. After 5 weeks of therapy, he was able to walk with a walker.

The therapy staff are great, and the medical team was very dedicated to my husband’s needs and mine as well.

I must mention Abdulai, who worked on a different assignment but was always asking me and my husband if we needed anything and how he could help us. He was very diligent.

I would like to congratulate my physical therapist and occupational therapists for a job well done. Just to name some staff that worked with me, Debbie, Jake, Bryan, Sindy, and Judy.

I give them a 5-star rating for the excellent job they did with me and how much progress I was able to make while at Carriage Hill Bethesda!

The staff was excellent. The aides on my floor were very good at their job, they found themselves in my heart because they showed me so much care and love. Each one of the staff I had became a friend and they were constantly checking on me without even putting my call light on. The staff knew my routine with the small things like bringing me 2 cups of coffee instead of one because they knew that’s what I like.

The staff was very approachable and very efficient and kind. I came to Carriage Hill with a broken leg and the staff became my second leg and I want to thank them for that.

I would especially love to mention a physical therapist Ben, who had a big heart and gentle ears. He always sat with me to listen to my stories and everything I had to say. If I ever needed therapy again, Carriage Hill Bethesda would be my first stop.

I visited the facility today and the staff members were very friendly. Most of the patients appeared to be happy staying at the facility. The facility looks very clean and smells good, and above all – my loved one is pleased with the care so far.

The staff at Carriage Hill Bethesda has been wonderful. They exemplify why some people are in the nursing field. The nurses were very diligent and helpful in responding to the needs of my grandma who is at the facility. The therapy staff is also nothing short of amazing, patient, and delightful. Carriage Hill was the best decision for care my family could’ve made for my grandma and all we can say is THANK YOU.

“I have been to many other rehab places and when I came to Carriage Hill Bethesda, I really liked how therapy professionally conceived my therapy goals. I really liked the fact that I had different therapists. They all had different approach and expertise, their personalities and background make it more very interesting process. Each of the therapists were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by how extensive their expertise was. I was not put on a time limit, they were not demanding with their time or rushing me to complete my exercises. They take advantage of every minute of each therapy session, doing meaningful activities and not wasting time at all. Tthey know what they are doing. This place is very clean and that is one thing that is important to me in my recovery.”
