My wife completed 2 months of subacute rehab at Carriage Hill, following a stroke. She is also on peritoneal dialysis (PD). Carriage Hill is one of a small number of facilities equipped to care for PD patients. We were pleased with Carriage Hill. The therapists are excellent. The nursing staff is generally caring and attentive. Physicians round regularly, supported by various visiting specialists including nephrology, pain management, mental health and wound care. We did not need all these services, but we were glad they were there. If we again need a subacute nursing facility, we will return to Carriage Hill.

Carriage Hill Bethesda is a wonderful facility and the staff are incredible. The nursing team is very competent and do their work very well in caring for the elderly. Therapy is also very good at getting the patients to participate in getting stronger. The facility is clean as well and the food is also commendable. I will sing their praises to anyone that will hear it.

Carriage Hill Bethesda is a lovely facility and the staff are very kind and hardworking. The food looks appetizing, the facility is clean, the nurses are experts, and the therapists are just the best. I appreciate them for all they do.

I visited my childhood friend, whom I’ve known for 68 years, and I was thrilled to see that he was in good hands with the good people at Carriage Hill. He, of course, was skeptical when he checked in and scared too, because newness always gives us a sense of unease. But he has adapted well, he looks the best he has looked in years, and hope has returned to his eyes, love to his heart, and the future to his mind. Thank you, Carriage Hill, for taking care of those who have come to you for renewed Health and Hope!

As visitors, we found the facility to be neat and clean, the rooms to be clean and well appointed. Frankly it was the staff that had the biggest impact. Our recent visit was on the evening of December 24. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, They were very attentive to patient needs and were just plain kind. Our relative, a patient, has responded very positively during his stay. The family is thankful for the help from all the staff, the facility, and the organization.

My friend is there. Every time I’ve visited her, the staff is so nice. My friend seems happy. The food looks really good. It’s easy to park and check in.

I am at Carriage Hill Bethesda right now, and I decided I must do this review now instead of waiting. The staff has been doing an excellent job taking care of me. I have no complaints as I have been here for a month. Whenever I needed something, like an extra blanket or a late afternoon snack, pain meds, etc. it was always provided. The place is very clean with cleaning taking place every day. All of the staff work together and provide excellent care for us patients. The staff is always willing to provide comfort and will address any and all concerns immediately.

Carriage Hill is the rehab place you need to come to if you want to heal and keep your dignity. I can’t say enough about therapy. The therapists are great. I’ve seen a difference within two days in my movement. If you are looking for a great place to heal, please come to Carriage Hill. Also the doctors are the best!
